Our season started up again in September. Our competitive season will run until June and will consist of several meets on Vancouver Island, the BC Championships, and National Championships

The club swims short course (25 metres) three times a week at the Naden Pool - Mon, Wed, & Fri from 6:00 - 7:30 AM

Thursdays are long course (50 metres) at the Crystal Pool from  6:00 - 7:30 AM 

Our members range in ability from Ironman Triathletes and national level competitors to recreational fitness swimmers

An interview with Leading Seaman Hayley John on winning Canada’s first ever gold medal at the 3rd Military World Games.

LS Hayley John, a clearance diver from CFB Esquimalt won a total of five medals at the 3rd Military World Games in Catania, Italy. A talented swimmer and lifesaver, the Canadian Forces Female Athlete of the Year for 2002, also captured Canada's first gold medal.
